Manufacturing has taken a lot of forms over the years. It started with a single person or a team of people making an item by hand, and that process was applied to everything from homes, to chariots, to swords, and everything in between. At the turn of the 20th century, the first assembly line was introduced. Not long later, processes began to be mechanised and eventually, artificial intelligence even became a part of manufacturing. Now, all of these tactics are used in some way or another.
